I am not sure but it is definitely an India accent guy who is rude about calling from windows on the computer. I told him if I had a problem Best Buy would take care of it and not him and that he could take his scam elsewhere. He said I was harassing him because I said he was a scam yet he was the one calling me, What an idiot. I told him not to call here again or I will report him to the police. I just hung up the phone and then tried to call the number back and got a busy signal. I was hoping to get a company name but there was none.

caller told me to go to my pc and turn it on because he is detecting a virus on my pc. when I told him my pc is fine, he insisted to continue. I let him know that I was on my way out. This Indian sounding man was sooo persistent that he had the wonderful "customer relationship" and called me a liar. so I politely hung up. next day called again, my wife picked up and he was just as rude.
